I．Nature

UK International Standard Ballroom Dancing & Competitive Dancing League Association (UKICDA), a legal professional organization approved by the government of UK , is a nonprofit, academic organization operated by professional dancers all over the world.

II．Objectives Tasks

Promote exchange, research and publication in the fields of various dancing categories in the world. Organize competition and workshop to enhance member professionalism. Set up academic appraisal system procedure and appraisal team. Protect member rights according to the article.

III．Membership

   (1)  Membership qualification

      Any dancer who accepts the Article can apply and will be a member upon approval by the UKICDA committee.

   (2)  Member rights

      All members have rights to do research, participate in exchanges, bring about suggestions, take part in academic exchange activities, and international competitions.

   (3)  Member obligations

  All members are obliged to summit membership fee regularly.

IV．Organizations

      Member assembly, chairman, secretary general, and standing committee members, constitute the organization. Branch associations will be set up globally by UKICDA. Chairman of the branch associations will be appointed by the association. Deans of the secretary offices, directors and deputy directors of development department, planning department, competition department, training department, and appraisal department will be appointed by the chairman.

V．Finance

(1)  Sources: membership fee; income from all activities; donation.

(2)  Expenses: academic exchange activities; administrative services.
